Orangepips is our daily playgroup for children aged 2 years 9 months to preschool.
It runs Monday to Friday from 9.15am to 12 noon and afternoon sessions commence at 12.30pm to 3.15pm
We aim to provide a happy, caring and stimulating environment for your child.
Orangepips provides a wide range of activities which help develop a child’s physical, intellectual, language, emotional and social skills. These activities include:
Sand & water
Playdough
Painting
Home corner/imaginative play
Table-top toys
Arts & crafts
Book corner
Storytelling
Songs, rhymes and choruses
Bikes, slides, climbing frame
Our purpose-built playroom in the church has children’s toilets, kitchen and a quiet area.
There is an adjoining outdoor playground with safety surface, road track and a playhouse.
Orangepips is registered and inspected annually by the Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety and by the Northern Ireland Playgroup Association.
We welcome children from all sections of the community. Places are limited and preference is given to older children from the local area.
